Find Investors (Profile) – Developers have the opportunity to submit a project profile to communicate with investors who are looking for projects in which to invest. This will include project type, location, SLDI certification intent, developer profile, management team, opportunity overview, project description, design documents, development team, detailed financials, construction assumptions, projected IRR, proposal, debt or equity, partnership parameters, exit strategy, maps and images, comparables, demographics, etc. Find a Project (Inquiry) – Real estate investors have the opportunity to submit an inquiry and specify the parameters around which they may be interested in investing in land and/or real estate projects.
