All members start their membership as Associate Members. Then, based on their successful completion of nine examinations that comprise the SLDI professional certification program , they graduate into Certified Membership and enjoy even greater member rewards.

- a confirmed representative of an organization which has assumed a financial stake of at least 10% equity in at least three (3) land development projects in the last five (5) years.
